These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hermes Agent Email Integration ("the Service"), a personal automation tool that connects an AI agent to your Gmail account.

The Service is a personal AI agent integration that reads and sends emails from your Gmail account on your behalf. It is self-hosted on infrastructure you control.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OAuth credentials and server infrastructure.
• You are responsible for all actions taken by the AI agent through your Gmail account.
• You must comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy and Gmail Acceptable Use Policy.
• You must not use the Service for spam, phishing, or any activity that violates Google's terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Service is self-hosted; the developers are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from its use.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
